These terms govern your use of the NeuroMuse website and application. By using NeuroMuse, you agree to them.

Alpha service

NeuroMuse is in private alpha. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed, and access is by invitation. Please keep your own backups by exporting projects you care about.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to consent to these terms where you live, to use NeuroMuse. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts, MIDI, audio references, and other material you provide, and of the compositions you create with NeuroMuse, to the extent permitted by law. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate the service for you.

You are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload. AI-generated output may not be unique, and similar output may be produced for other users.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.
  • Do not use NeuroMuse to infringe others' rights or to break the law.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Credits

Some operations use credits. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may change as the product develops.

Third-party tools

You may choose to use NeuroMuse exports with third-party tools such as digital audio workstations or audio-generation services. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers

NeuroMuse is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuroMuse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using NeuroMuse at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or to protect the service or other users.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the updated version here and change the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
