Privacy Policy
Last updated September 25, 2026
This policy explains what information NeuroMuse (“we”, “us”) collects when you use our website and application, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Your projects stay on your device
NeuroMuse is local-first. Your projects, versions, chats, references, and renders are stored in your browser on your own device. We do not keep a copy of your project library on our servers.
Information we collect
- Account information—such as your email address and name, and details from a sign-in provider if you use one.
- Content you submit for processing—when you generate, revise, render, or analyze music, the relevant prompt, musical data, and reference files are sent to our servers to produce the result.
- Usage and billing records—such as credit balances and records of operations you run, so we can operate the service and account for usage.
- Technical data—such as log data, device and browser information, error reports, and the cookies needed to keep you signed in.
- Messages you send us—such as early access requests and support emails.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and secure NeuroMuse.
- To process the generation and rendering requests you make.
- To manage accounts, credits, and access to the alpha.
- To diagnose problems and improve the product.
- To respond to you and send service-related messages.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run NeuroMuse—for example cloud hosting, authentication and database, AI model, and error-monitoring providers—under obligations to protect it, or when required by law.
Retention
We keep account and usage records for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. Content sent for processing is used to produce your result and is not added to a stored project library on our servers.
Your choices
You can export or delete your local projects from within the app at any time. To access, correct, or delete your account information, email team@neuro-muse.com.
Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
NeuroMuse is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy as NeuroMuse evolves. We will post the updated version here and change the date above.
